Black, Blue and White, Diamond stitch plus stripes

3 suits:

1. Black and blue striped jacket plus pants and skirt. I'm thinking somewhat wide stripes, NOT pink stripes 

2. Black jacket with white diamond stitch pattern, plain black pants and black skirt

3. Blue sweater with white details of some sort, blue dress and pale grey pants

4 tops

1. Black top

2. White top

3. Blue top

4. Patterned top

Black knit heavy shawl or cape. I need to come up with a Natuve friendly pattern, possibly with fringe

I wore more capes and ponchos as a child than winter coats and wore a heavy belted shawl in Germany for warmth in place of a coat sometimes. Such things will eventually get developed anyway. I don't really like coats.

I'm not qualified to design this. A Native designer would be hired to flesh this out, per previous comments here.
