The Iron Snail
This is a YouTube channel and I've just subscribed moments ago just past noon, 4 February 2026 because I realized I was wanting to keep track of a third video from the same person.

It's useful information about clothes as practical stuff, not just pretty crap. He talks about designing warmer sweaters and why wool is better than a lot of materials.
I seem to have a wool allergy but:
1. I have reason to believe that my tendency to be allergic to everything is due to a parasitic infection that is nearly resolved.
2. It is a goal of mine to check if there is some form of wool that I can comfortably wear.
Cotton, silk and linen are on my radar as potential options. My inspiration is a defunct clothing brand called French Rags that did mass customization knit clothes but in acrylic yarn. That's a no from me.
If I can successfully establish an MVP cotton monotone wardrobe, there's lots of things I want to research and try out and see what I can make work.
I'm incredibly spoiled. My mother learned to sew so her children could "dress appropriately" given her Nobility background and commoner budget and she was uncommonly kind and considerate of my comfort while pursuing her crazy high standards, such as my post about Curls Without Tears.
Everyone knows the expectation is women need to put themselves through hell and be miserable to look good. That's a NO from me.
