In my dreams

I would like to move to France. Like ANYWHERE in France would probably do but here's my criteria for a home if you care.

I have no means to arrange that. 

Why? TLDR: I'm American. Do you know who our current president is????????

I've been all over the US as a military wife and post divorce, often while homeless. Two years ago, I did a four month tour of this country while incompetent Joe was still president, BEFORE The Donald decided to intentionally ruin the country while we let him for reasons I cannot fathom.

I've run out of places to aspire to check out with a climate I hope works for me. I like arid climates and coastal climates and I would like to live someplace lower in elevation.

It would improve my energy so I CAN try to start a clothing company.

Bleeding hearts and women who think this fantasy clothing line sounds rad, please kick money my way or other help for getting to France. I have no idea how to arrange that.
